Provided project management services completing land plans and evaluating redevelopment scenarios for Boeing's 280-acre airplane manufacturing plant in Renton, Washington. Acted as owner's representative and took the project through the entitlement process, working with the City of Renton to create a new comprehensive planning designation and two new zoning designations, design guidelines, a master plan review process, and numerous additional code amendments to support up to 10 million square feet of new development. Managed the negotiation of a development agreement outlining a public/private partnership and $33 million in infrastructure improvements to support redevelopment. The Seneca Group continues to provide strategic real estate advisory services related to the repositioning of land at the Renton Plant that Boeing identifies as non-essential to its ongoing operations.
