Provided project management services completing land plans and evaluating redevelopment scenarios for Boeing's 280-acre airplane manufacturing plant in Renton, Washington. Acted as owner's representative and took the project through the entitlement process, working with the City of Renton to create a new comprehensive planning designation and two new zoning designations, design guidelines, a master plan review process, and numerous additional code amendments to support up to 10 million square feet of new development. Managed the negotiation of a development agreement outlining a public/private partnership and $33 million in infrastructure improvements to support redevelopment.
