[Seneca Note: Congratulations to Amazon on the recent Bellevue 600 Phase 1 ADR and MDP approvals. Seneca Group is proud to provide Amazon development Management services for the entitlement, design and construction efforts.]

Amazon’s Bellevue 600, a proposed two-tower office project, received an approval of its master development plan, design review and variance request from the City of Bellevue. The 3.5-acre site at 600 108th Ave NE is envisioned for a 43-story office tower in Phase 1 totaling 1.1 million square feet, and a 33-story office tower in the second phase.

The first office tower would rise atop six below-grade shared parking levels. The project would include a meeting center, common space, retail uses, and a potential daycare facility. Additional improvements for Phase 1 include outdoor plaza space, a major public open space, two through block pedestrian connections, landscaping, lighting and construction of a 30-foot-wide section of the pedestrian corridor.

The site comprises the eastern portion of Bellevue Corporate Plaza, which Amazon acquired in 2019 for nearly $195 million. The development is being advanced by Seneca Group, Amazon’s development arm. NBBJ is designing the project, which is slated to deliver in 2024 and would be Bellevue’s tallest.
