Starting in 2006, Seneca Group has supported Amazon’s transformative growth in the Puget Sound region, helping deliver a wide range of ground-up and tenant improvement projects totaling over 19M square feet. Seneca Group’s development management role has spanned all aspects of project delivery, including site selection, design, entitlement, permitting and construction.
