Alisa Klingenstein

P.E., LEED AP BD+C, Associate Principal

Alisa oversees multiple projects for clients such as Amazon and the Seattle Academy of Arts and Sciences. She has led teams through design and construction of over 2 million square feet of commercial office tenant improvements in the Puget Sound area. Prior to joining Seneca Group, Alisa was a structural Project Manager for DCI Engineers managing a wide range of commercial office and retail tenant improvement, building renovation, and new construction projects.

Alisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. She received her Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington and is a licensed Professional Engineer and a LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C specialty).
