Blair Greenberg

Associate Principal

Blair joined Seneca Group with a talent for representing clients in delivering their key construction projects from inception to turnover. He brings extensive experience managing many internal and external project resources and is currently overseeing a 1-million-square-foot office fit out for Amazon in Bellevue, WA. Previously, Blair played an integral part on the Seneca team delivering Expedia Group’s new 40-acre global headquarters on the Seattle waterfront. Prior to joining Seneca, Blair was a Construction Project Manager with CBRE serving on integrated client accounts at Microsoft and Group Health Cooperative.

Blair holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography and a Certificate in Construction Management from the University of Washington.
