Chris Flume

LEED® AP, Principal

Chris’ work is focused primarily on commercial office and tenant improvements for corporate clients including Amazon, Expedia and Perkins Coie. Prior to joining Seneca Group, Chris spent several years as a project manager for developers of hotel, multi-family, and high-rise office towers.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts and Certificate in Construction Management from the University of Washington and a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from New York University.

Chris is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
