James is part of the team responsible for the delivery of Expedia’s new Headquarters campus on the Seattle waterfront. Prior to Seneca, James spent more than 15 years as a general contractor with Skanska USA, delivering projects for clients such as University of Washington, Casey ‎Family Programs, Microsoft, Amazon, Alaska Airlines, United Airlines, and Amgen.

James received ‎his Bachelor of Engineering from Texas Tech University, is a LEED Accredited ‎Professional and an active Leadership Tomorrow graduate. ‎
