Rashel Cordova

Development Manager, Leed® AP

Rashel joined Seneca Group in 2021 and is part of the team delivering office space for Facebook in the Spring District. She has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has worked in urban planning and design, general contracting, marketing, and development management. Rashel has experience on a range of project types including office tenant improvements, historic renovation and adaptive reuse, high-rise and multi-family residential.

Rashel earned a Bachelor of Art with honors in Urban Studies with a focus on architecture and urban design from Stanford University, and has been a LEED Accredited Professional since 2008. She was very involved in her community, volunteer managing projects for the charitable organization Rebuilding Together.
