PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Seneca Group handled all negotiations related to the acquisition of the $15 million site downtown, which now houses Seattle’s acclaimed Benaroya Hall. We provided site selection and advisory services to the City of Seattle as landlord related to the development of the new 2,500-seat downtown concert hall, 540-seat recital hall, and 400-stall below-grade parking garage.

We are currently engaged by Benaroya Hall Music Center to provide project management services for tenant improvements and exterior upgrades in select public areas of the facility. Project scope and team are confidential, at this time.
