PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The home of the Seattle Mariners Major League Baseball team, Safeco Field is a fully retractable roof ballpark located in Seattle, Washington. Having capacity for over 45,000 fans, and 2,000 of their vehicles, the facility provides sweeping views of downtown Seattle and the Puget Sound in addition to providing an unmatched game viewing experience. Seneca Group provided advisory services to the team owners for the development of this facility throughout site selection, scheduling, permitting, design, and construction. In the last year of construction, the Seneca Group assumed overall management of the project for the Mariners.
