PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Starbucks Reserve Roastery and Tasting Room, a complete renovation of a 1920 building and parking garage located at 1124 Pike Street on Capitol Hill, was named the best adaptive reuse project by Historic Seattle. An integrated coffee roasting, education, and retail space, the Starbucks Reserve Roastery and Tasting Room allows the company to expand its small-lot sourcing program, double its small-batch roasting capacity, serve as homage to the rich history of specialty coffee, and to grow its Starbucks Reserve® coffee presence. Seneca Group was selected by the Starbucks team to manage the planning, design, permitting, and construction of the project.
